Amy Lambert

CFO

With more than 20 years of investment banking experience, Amy Lambert’s diverse expertise includes mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, corporate strategy and development, and various financial advisory services for both middle market and startup companies.

As CFO at Quantum Wireless, Amy oversees all finance, accounting and investor relations activities for the company. Prior to joining Quantum, Amy was founder of an independent consulting firm, where she worked with investment banking firms including McColl Garella (focused on women-owned and women-led businesses), Mazzone & Associates and Grayhorse Capital Partners. She has provided valuation and other financial advisory services to firms such as GenSpring Family Offices, Iron Capital Advisors and Red Clay Capital. She has also advised various startup and later-stage businesses on financial modeling and strategic planning.

Amy began her career with J.C. Bradford & Co. (later acquired by PaineWebber) and held executive positions with Interstate/Johnson Lane (now Wachovia Securities) and Stephens, Inc. She also spent time on the client side of the business as VP of Finance and acting CFO of a venture-backed internet company.

Amy earned her B.S. in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
