With a law degree and significant experience negotiating wireless contracts with both public and private entities, Mike Finnegan brings a unique perspective to helping property owners and carriers develop custom wireless solutions.

An expert in site acquisition, contract negotiation and wireless deployment, Mike leads the strategy and business development functions at Quantum Wireless. Prior to joining Quantum, Mike spent several years at one of the nation’s largest wireless infrastructure providers, where he led a team of attorneys and engineers in deploying small cell technology throughout the Southeastern U.S. Mike began his career with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and after a stint as a corporate attorney specializing in corporate finance, M&A, and real estate matters, entered the world of wireless infrastructure.

Mike earned a J.D. from the Emory University School of Law, and a B.S. magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina.
